It does have UI scaling, though, and hearing aids in CAS (they’re under Medical Wearables if I remember correctly). I will say that adding wheelchairs is definitely a big challenge, as every single non-sitting animation will have to be retooled… but they’ve done it before! Infants and toddlers spring to mind, as do pets - and now horses. My late friend used a screenreader that worked similarly to Google Translate’s image-text extrapolation feature in like 2010 to play MMOs, no idea what it was called though. The Sims 4 is totally able to be screenreader compatible - there’s a LOT of plaintext (non-coded text) and the “coded stuff” is easy to program a screenreader plugin around.
